(Here refer as TongFang Tech) is a subsidiary of Hong Kong TongFang Technology Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Keelung Investment Co., Ltd..The company has production facilities in Shenzhen and Kunshan, each of self-owned manufacture base covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters. It is a hi-tech company specialised in developing and producing precision materials for the Surface Mount and Semiconductor assemblies, and providing a total solution for modern electronic assemblies with soldering and interconnect materials like solder paste, flux, cleaning fluid, wire & bar and SMT adhesive, etc.
