Established in 1994, Shenzhen TongFang Electronic New Material Co., Ltd. (Here refer as TongFang Tech) is a subsidiary of Hong Kong TongFang Technology Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Keelung Investment Co., Ltd..The company has production facilities in Shenzhen and Kunshan, each of self-owned manufacture base covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters. It is a hi-tech company specialised in developing and producing precision materials for the Surface Mount and Semiconductor assemblies, and providing a total solution for modern electronic assemblies with soldering and interconnect materials like solder paste, flux, cleaning fluid, wire & bar and SMT adhesive, etc. TongFang Tech has the strong R&D team to serve the customer. The engineer VP is from Germany and engineers have rich experience in the industry. The company has the strict control for the production process and raw material procurement.
